If you are not happy with any aspect of our service, we would like you to speak with us. Please call our main number (above and below) or email info@n-mencap.org . We will aim to resolve your concerns, to your satisfaction, at the earliest opportunity.

If you remain dissatisfied, you can speak or write to our Deputy CEO, Danny Hewis (dannyhewis@n-mencap.org) or our CEO, Mike Caston, (mikecaston@n-mencap.org).

If we fail to fully address your complaint/concerns, Nottingham Mencap’s Chair of Trustees, Lisa Sharples ( lisasharples@n-mencap.org) will independently investigate, working with you to take action to resolve your concerns.

If you have seen poor care or abuse of someone within our care,  and you do not feel we have taken action to address this, we encourage you to contact the local authority and Social Care Ombudsman at lgo.org.uk, or the Care Quality Commission (CQC) at Cqc.org.uk / 03000 616161 who will investigate where appropriate.
