Dignity and well-being

How we look and feel, what we eat, how we treat others and how we feel about ourselves are all areas that are important in building positive outlooks and well-being.

This course aims to create happy & fulfilling lives by developing confidence, self-esteem, good personal hygiene & self-worth in a fun way.  Emphasis is placed on a range of person centred subjects including practical areas to support individuals with personal hygiene, relationships and promoting independence.

This course also undertakes a number of projects related to well-being including healthy eating, our impact on the environment and ways of keeping yourself healthy and safe.
