Support and Enablement Workers

Hours:  (Zero Hours Contracts, hours to suit workers and the needs of the service)

Salary:  £8.75 per Hour

We are urgently seeking a small number of new workers for our expanding service covering all areas across Nottinghamshire. We are looking for individuals with great social skills, some experience in supporting individuals with learning disabilities or autism, who are reliable and able to use their initiative.

We are seeking individuals who would prefer to work in excess of 12 hours per month.

You may wish to work with children and young people at our Saturday clubs between 10.45am to 4.30pm .  You may prefer to support children, young people or adults out in the community at times throughout the week. You may even prefer to do both! You will establish a professional relationship with a small number of individuals, encouraging them to gain independence and pursue their interests.

These posts are subject to DBS checks, references and a probationary period. You will receive supervision, support and training plus paid holidays and for those reaching the required threshold hours, a stakeholder pension.
