Group Activities Coordinator - Early Years
Location: Based at Clarence Street with travel to satellite location at Sneinton Community Centre.
Contract Type: Fixed-Term Contract until end of 2026
Hours of work: 18 per week (Saturday with 7.5 hours admin time in the office at Clarence Street)
Salary: £17.64

Are you passionate about creating fun, inclusive experiences for children and young people? We’re looking for a Group Activities Coordinator to lead our vibrant Saturday sessions for children aged 8–18.
This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference by designing and delivering engaging activities for young people with learning disabilities. From hands-on creative sessions like cooking, DJ workshops and sensory play at Clarence Street, to exciting community trips to the seaside, parks or cinema—no two weeks will be the same.
You’ll take the lead in planning safe, inclusive and enjoyable sessions, ensuring every young person feels supported, valued and able to participate fully. Alongside delivering activities, you’ll also manage essential admin tasks such as risk assessments and session planning, following organisational policies to maintain a safe environment for all.

You’re creative, organised and enthusiastic, with a genuine commitment to supporting children and young people. You’re confident leading activities, adaptable to different needs, and understand the importance of safety and inclusion.
