Support and Enablement Worker - Befriending NG21

Location: interview will take place at Clarence Street, successful applicants will support individuals within their family home, in the Rainworth and Mansfield community, through a range of activities tailored to the individual who is requiring the support.

Contract Type: Zero Hours

Salary: £13.51

We are looking for caring and supportive people to become an enablement worker in the community.

We are seeking support and enablement workers for our expanding service specifically in the Rainworth and Manfield area. We are looking for individuals with great social skills, with some experience in supporting individuals with learning disabilities or autism, who are reliable and able to use their initiative whilst supporting individuals within the community.

We need people to support children, young people and adults on a 1-2-1 basis in the community, accessing community services and supporting the person to achieve their specific aims (such as socialising, travel training, healthy living etc).
