Support and Enablement Worker - Befriending and Weekends
We are looking for caring and supportive people to become an enablement worker with us. We’re particularly interested in people who can work after school, evenings and weekends. Availability through school holidays is a bonus too as many of the people we support are of school age and require support through school breaks.
We need people to support children, young people and adults on a 1-2-1 basis in the community, accessing community services and supporting the person to achieve their specific aims (such as socialising, travel training, healthy living etc).
There will also be opportunities to work as part of a team over the weekend supporting a group of young people within our building and in the community. For more information please see the M8’s and Gener8 section under ‘services’.
If you are interested in the role please do see the JD below and you can apply online using the button below too. Good luck and feel free to give us a call if you have any questions.
