We are looking for caring and supportive people to become an enablement worker with us. We’re particularly interested in people who can work after school, evenings and weekends. Availability through school holidays is a bonus too as many of the people we support are of school age and require support through school breaks.

There will also be opportunities to work as part of a team over the weekend supporting a group of young people within our building and in the community. For more information please see the M8’s and Gener8 section under ‘services’.

As we are moving to our new building we are looking to expand our staffing. As such, we are recruiting a cook to provide lunches for up to 40 people per day.

We have brand new facilities and a top quality kitchen where you will lead the creation of a varied and healthy lunch option.

Some experience working with people with a learning disability or autism is essential as there will be a small group of able people working with you.
